I built FTC for the version of myself who noticed her own English getting quieter while she spent every day making it simpler for someone else.
I hold CPE (C2) and CAE (C1) from Cambridge, plus TKT modules 1, 2 and 3. I spent eleven years at a language school — teacher, then teacher trainer, then director — and seven more (2016–2023) designing professional development for other teachers at Sala dos Profes. Today I run the MAC community, with 250+ working teacher-entrepreneurs.
So this is conversation-first, teacher-to-teacher, and designed for depth by someone who has sat on your side of the staffroom. And every meeting produces something concrete, because your time is worth more than a nice chat.
